Early Learning Resource Center
The Partnership for Children of Wayne County’s Early Learning Resource Center provides high-quality educational materials and resources to support children, families, educators, and early childhood professionals throughout our community.
Whether you’re looking for classroom materials, resources to support learning at home, or professional tools to enhance your program, our Resource Center is here to help.

Monday–Friday
8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Membership
An annual membership is required to check out materials from the Early Learning Resource Center.
Annual Membership Fee: $15 per individual
A receipt will be provided for all payments.
Checkout Policy
- Members may check out up to 7 items at one time.
- Materials may be borrowed for 4 weeks.
- Items may be renewed if they are not reserved by another member. Materials must be returned to the Resource Center before renewal.
- Items may be exchanged at any time during the loan period.
College Textbooks
College textbooks are available for semester-long checkout.
- Proof of class enrollment is required.
- Rental fee: $10 per textbook per semester.
Returning Materials
Please return all materials clean and in good condition.
Normal wear from appropriate use is expected. Borrowers are responsible for replacing lost or damaged materials beyond normal wear and tear.
Late returns, lost items, or unpaid replacement fees may result in the suspension of borrowing privileges.

Service Fees
Laminating
$1.00 per foot
Printing
Letter-size pages: $0.05 per page
Legal-size pages: $0.10 per page
Please allow additional time for large printing or laminating requests.
