The Partnership for Children of Wayne County is hiring a Director of Early Care and Education to lead Child Care Resources (CCR) and NC Pre-K programs. This role oversees program operations, staff support, compliance, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality early care and education for children birth to five.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field; 5+ years of leadership in early childhood or child care programs; strong knowledge of NC Pre-K and child care regulations; excellent communication and supervisory skills.
